We will schedule a Planning Meeting with you discuss the reception itinerary in full detail. This meeting will take place a month before your wedding. A timeline and an announcement sheet will be generated and forwarded to your attention via e-mail. We look forward to any revision you make. We will note and conduct the reception according to your wishes.

If you are using a Wedding Planner, please have them contact me three months before the wedding reception.

We will have a two person staff working at your event. The M.C. will serve as your party host making all announcements, coordinating with the maitre'd and serve as your entertainment liason between all the people responsible for making the party a success. The DJ handles all music functions and assists in timely equipment set-up.
